How much do you charge for Postage and Packaging?
Nothing! Postage and Packaging is free on all orders. When should I expect my order?
We aim to process all online orders received by 8.30am on the same working day.
For orders placed after 8.30am we aim to process the next working day.
Orders placed after 8.30am on a Friday will be processed on the next working day, i.e. Monday.
Small Items: such as flea treatments, worming tablets and household sprays are sent by Royal Mail First Class.
Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days, however this is not guaranteed. Most small items are packaged to allow your postman to deliver your order through your letterbox.
Large Items: such as dog food or orders over a certain value are sent by ParcelForce Next Day.
Parcelforce do not operate on weekends, therefore orders sent on Fridays will not be delivered till Monday. These parcels will require a signature on delivery. If delivery is not successful the first time, a card will be left instructing that you can either collect your parcel from your local Post Office or arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time. Can I leave delivery instructions for my order?
During the checkout process you can enter any delivery instructions, for example, ‘leave with neighbour’.
For parcels being sent via Royal Mail, we will make every effort to ensure your instructions are marked on your parcel, however it is at the discretion of Royal Mail and your Postman as to whether they follow these instructions.
Royal Mail are planning on introducing an ‘Out and About’ service during September 2012, by where they will leave items that don’t fit through your letter box with a neighbour.

For parcels being sent via ParcelForce, we can include delivery instructions to be adhered to by the driver.
